FUTURE NOW Media Foundation
We are a 501(c)3 leadership incubator passionate about building future leaders in media and entertainment. We mentor, train, and connect college students and recent graduates to become the best and brightest future leaders in the content, business, and technology sectors of the industry. We work with our partners to deliver a pipeline of DIVERSE, MOTIVATED, and READY TALENT that recruiters seek to hire.
PROGRAMS + EVENTS
We provide programs and events throughout the year, including leadership talks; workshops; and mentoring, recruiting, and networking events. We also have a formal 9-month Mentoring Program, which matches students with mentors from the industry. Our speakers and mentors are not only highly accomplished in their fields, but they all also share a genuine passion to give back and help build future leaders who will make a positive impact on our industry.

THE CONFERENCE
The FUTURE NOW Media & Entertainment Conference is our premier annual event that brings together college and graduate students and recent graduates who are passionate about pursuing careers in media and entertainment with today's top executives, thought leaders, and professionals. The conference is designed to give students the opportunity to hear directly from leaders in the industry, connect, network, and be mentored by them.
